Friday: Batavia Wins Second Game

DAY IN REVIEW: Avon started off with a strong first quarter, ending it up 6-4, but Batavia returned with six of their own before the half and stayed ahead for good, resulting in their second win in a row. Seven Blue Devils made the scorebook, led by Joe Allegue (4g-3a).Nick Varno led the Braves offense with 4g-1a.

Penfield traveled to Section VI to take on Orchard Park. It was a close game, with the Quakers up 8-7 after three quarters. OP took off in the final stanza to take home the win. No other information was available tonight.
