"Members of the Section Five lacrosse family are deeply saddened by the news of the untimely death of Pittsford Varsity Lacrosse player, Jeff Milano-Johnson.

The Section Five Executive Committee, it's coaches and players extend their deepest sympathies to Jeff's family, coaches and teammates. 

Our hearts are saddened by the loss of a fellow competitor, athlete and friend.

His family and teammates are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time."
