A "Celebration of Jeff's Life" will be held on Monday, April 16th from 4-7 pm in the gymnasium of the Church of the Transfiguration, in Pittsford (50 West Bloomfield Road). A Service of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 17th at noon a the Church of the Transfiguration. Internment will be private.
