New york State has now crowned the Champions for 2008 after games played at Hofstra University.
  
In Class A, West Genesee, the Champion from Section 3 was the winner over Section 8 Champion, Syosset (11-7). It was the 15th Championship for the Wildcats. In Class B, Rocky Point was the State Champ after defeating Carthage (Section 3) 17-6 and in Class C, Mt. Sinai (Section 11) was the winner over Corning East (Section 4) with a score of 10-5.
