Sophomore defenseman Connor Haims recently announced his verbal commitment to study and play lacrosse for the University of Vermont.

In the off season, Connor played with the Sweetlax Lacrosse Club. Last summer he played with them at the Adrenaline Platinum Cup, Big4, Showtime and Sweetlax Invitational tournaments.

Before deciding on his commitment to Vermont, he considered Ohio State, Canisius and Fairfield University.
