The next step for classes C and D champions is an out-bracket , play-in game against Section VI for the right to play in the NYS quarterfinals.

In Class C, Honeoye Falls-Lima will play the Section VI champions from Lake Shore/Silver Creek. The game will be played at Williamsville East High School at 5:00 PM

In Class D, Aquinas will play the Section VI champions from Akron. The game starts at 7:30 PM.
