Goodberlet Reaches 200 Career Goals in HF-L Win

April 29, 2026 - HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-16 at GATES CHILI-0  - Honeoye Falls-Lima beat Gates Chili 16-0 Wednesday evening in a Monroe County D-3 game, moving to 6-3. The headline was junior Grady Goodberlet reaching 200 career goals, finishing with six goals and two assists on the night. Freshman Johnny Gaudieri also scored his first career varsity goal. Seven different Cougars found the net, and junior Jason Bennett was perfect in goal with three saves on three shots (100%) over 48 minutes.

Goodberlet led HF-L with six goals and two assists, while junior Austin Schor added three goals and four assists. Senior Jackson Coon chipped in two goals and an assist, and Ben Segar added two goals and an assist. Tanner Olin, Jaxson Seaver and Gaudieri each scored one goal. On faceoffs, senior Sam Jokl went nine for 11 and freshman Gaudieri went five for six.

Gates Chili falls to 1-7 and travels to Greece Storm on Friday evening. HF-L hosts Livonia-Avon-Geneseo on Saturday evening.
