Tortora's Five Goals Lifts Spencerport

May 15, 2026 - SPENCERPORT-10 at HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-9  - Spencerport beat Honeoye Falls-Lima 10-9 Friday evening in a non-league game, extending its winning streak to five and moving to 10-5. Zach Tortora carried the offensive load with five goals, and Spencerport scored three times in 19 seconds late in the second quarter to take the lead for good. HF-L's Benny Feinberg reached 100 career faceoff wins, finishing 10 for 20. HF-L falls to 9-5.

Tortora led Spencerport with five goals and an assist, while Patrick Keady, Mason Endres and Tyler Wentworth each added one goal. Keady contributed two assists. The book for Spencerport did not include a goaltender stat.

For HF-L, Marco Vengoechea led with four goals and two assists, while Grady Goodberlet added three goals and an assist. Jackson Coon scored two goals. In goal, junior Jason Bennett made eight saves on 18 shots over 48 minutes.

Spencerport hosts Irondequoit on Tuesday. HF-L hosts Wayne on Saturday.
