In our last group we have a senior and a junior who had noteworthy performances in the last week.

Offensive Players of the Week

Brayden Arber

Shane Coleman  - Junior Wayne Attackman

Shane Coleman was an important part of the four wins at Wayne as he scored 4g-4a against Gananda, 6g-3a against Marcus Whitman, 4g-1a against Newark and 3g-1a against Honeoye Falls-Lima in a game that was won in overtime after he scored the last seconds tying goal. In his third year with the Varsity, he has a career record on 79g-35a and 114pts who, last year made the All-Tournament team and was a first team FL_East pick.

Head Coach John Hanss says, "He is a talented player that has taken his role on the team and made others around him better. He draws other teams' best defenders and opens opportunities for others to succeed while still scoring big goals when it counts. "

Defensive Player of the Week

AJ TheodorakakosAJ Theodorakakos - Senior Penfield Defenseman

AJ Theodorakakos

continued to be a major factor in the success of the Patriots this season. Assigned to the best in the section, he continues to control opponent offense. In their game with Irondequoit, AJ kept Cooper Moore from scoring goals, and did the same for Churchville-Chili's Jaxson Leonard. A varsity player since his freshman year, he was a first team All-League pick in both his sophomore and junior years and the USMA commit was named a USA Lacrosse All-American last year.

Head Coach John Schembri says, "AJ continues to set the standard for defensive play in section 5 and beyond. He continues to get better every time he steps on the field. The best overall defender I have had the ability to coach in my career."
