With only a coupe of weeks left in the regular season, makeup games are scheduled whenever they can be played. Three games were played today.

Tuesday: Victor Takes Irondequoit, Fairport Defeats Penfield
Finally, there were a number of close games played in the section today. Victor held off a last minute attack by Irondequoit to hold on to a 7-6 win. Hilton beat the Lightning 8-6, McQuaid came back hard to beat Livonia 14-13 in overtime.

Monday: Thunder, Aquinas and Mynderse Win Today
The Greece Thunder (Ath/Ody) improved their record to 5-4 with a win over Brockport today. Aquinas defeated Haverling-Haverling in GRALL action and Mynderse was a winner in their game with Bishop Kearney.

Thursday: Thunder, Aquinas and Wayne Each Win by One Goal
A dozen games were played today. Three games were won by one goal, but most games were mismatches again today. In a "Storm game", Greece Ath/Ody (Thunder)beat Greece Arc/Oly (Lightning) 7-6.

Saturday: Fairport Defeats West Genesee in OT
There were lots of games played in an around Section Five today. The day started with Mynderse beating Waterloo 8-6 and ended with an overtime win for Fairport, who defeated West Genesee 9-8.

Friday: Aquinas, Thunder Win Today
There were three games played on Friday. Aquinas scored four goal sin the first and led at the half 9-0 in their 14-2 win over Sweet Home (Buffalo - Section 6).

Vacation week is over and the teams of Section Five were ready to play today as twenty-eight teams suited up.

Thursday: Fairport Remains Undefeated at 16-0
Fairport took a 7-1 lead on their way to a 8-5 win over visiting Irondequoit to preserve their perfect regular season (16-0). Victor defeated Pittsford 13-12, Penfield beat Orchard Park 13-8, Newark beat B-H, Arc/Oly took out Eastridge 9-6 and Aquinas beat Canisius 4-3.

Monday: Waterloo Comes Back for Win
Marcus WHitman led for most of the game but a strong surge by the Indians gave them an 8-6 win on Senior night. The Greece Lightning won their first game of the season with a 10-5 win over Batavia. The other winners were Pal-Mac, Haverling, Victor and Hilton.

Saturday: Fairport over C-C, Thomas takes Webster Win
It was a beautiful day for lacrosse and six games were played. Most of the games were overmatches, with the closest game being Marcus Whitman over Wayne 8-4.

Friday: Hilton and Midlakes Win Today
The Hamburg at Canandaigua game was cancelled due to field conditions and concerns about thunderstorms. It has been rescheduled to Tuesday. Two games were played however. Hilton beat the Greece Thunder 20-3 and Midlakes defeated Batavia 15-10.

Tuesday: Fairport, PY Still Undefeated - Pittsford Wins in OT
Pittsford dodged the bullet this afternoon with an double overtime win against a determined Webster Thomas. Fairport and Penn Yan, the only undefeated teams left in the Section won their games.

Thursday: Irondequoit, Thomas and Gananda Win
There were fifteen games played on Thursday and most of them were not close. The most exciting game of the day may have been Irondequoit's 9-7 win over Penfield.

Tuesday: Wayne Wins First Varsity Game
Wayne Central won their first varsity game today when they beat Midlakes 7-6. Canandaigua won in overtime against Victor. It was Eastridge over Greece Lightning 11-8, Geneva over Waterloo 6-2, Mynderse over Newark 10-7 and Gananda over the Pride 8-7.

Saturday: Irondequoit falls, C-C in OT, Whitman by One
On a very rainy day there were fourteen games played. Ithaca (Section IV) broke three tied quarters to beat visiting Irondequoit 11-8. With 1:24 remaining in the first overtime period, Aaron Buck scored during a double man-up opportunity to secure a 13-12 win for the Churchville-Chili over Spencerport.

Saturday: Gates in OT, Pal-Mac over Geneva
On the last day of March there were a dozen games played and one game postponed. The most exciting game was Gates over Eastridge in overtime. Pal-Mac Beat Geneva 8-7.
