It was a beautiful day for lacrosse and six games were played. Most of the games were overmatches, with the closest game being Marcus Whitman over Wayne 8-4.

There were 16 games in the Section today. Several were close and a number were not. Pittsford beat a determined McQuaid Jesuit 7-6. Waterloo beat Wayne 3-1.

In one of the six intersectional games today, Fairport scored the winning goal in the last few seconds of the game to defeat Jamesville-DeWitt 11-10 at Hobart College. Pittsford hosted Section VI powerhouse, Orchard Park and came away with a 15-6.

Pittsford dodged the bullet this afternoon with an double overtime win against a determined Webster Thomas. Fairport and Penn Yan, the only undefeated teams left in the Section won their games.

Wayne Central won their first varsity game today when they beat Midlakes 7-6. Canandaigua won in overtime against Victor. It was Eastridge over Greece Lightning 11-8, Geneva over Waterloo 6-2, Mynderse over Newark 10-7 and Gananda over the Pride 8-7.

Eleven games were played on Thursday. Mynderse beat Wayne 9-8 in overtime. Gananda beat Newark 8-7 and Brockport beat the Lightning 9-8. Fairport beat Victor 10-4 and Pittsford beat Canandaigua 8-4.

There were two games played on Monday. Livonia scored ten goal sin the first quarter on their way to an 18-2 victory over Bloomfield-Honeoye. Albie DiPasquale scored the game winner on an assist from Corey Parke in overtime as Pittsford defeated Clarence (Section VI) 12-11.

Add six more games to the list of games played this season. Rush-Henrietta used twenty-one second of the first overtime period to beat visiting Pal-Mac.
