# 4013 2026 Preview: Victor Victor Sets Sights on Another Strong RunRoster OutlookVictor enters the 2026 season following a 14-5 campaign and returns a substantial portion of its production despite graduating one of the largest senior classes in Section V.
The Blue Devils lost 15 seniors, including key contributors at every position such as Dennis Cole, Dante Pezzimenti, JT Ricci, Kyle Saeger, Brody Secker, and both goalies Carter Fries and Landon Tantillo. Several of these graduates earned major postseason honors, leaving meaningful roles to fill across the field. Even with those departures, Victor retains 61% of its goals and 63% of its assists from last season. The roster includes ten rising seniors, five juniors, and six sophomores, giving the team a balanced mix of experience and youth heading into 2026. Returning StandoutsVictor brings back one of the deepest returning award-winning groups in Class B. Will Johnson, a senior attackman, returns after a 36-goal, 12-assist season AND earning All-League Second Team Attack (MC-d2) recognition. Jackson Mead, a junior attackman produced 32 goals and 16 assists and earned All-League Second Team Attack (MC-d2). Matthew Herendeen, a junior attackman, added 17 goals and 25 assists and earned All-League Honorable Mention Attack (MC-d2). Eli Ricci, a sophomore midfielder/faceoff specialist, posted 13 goals, 5 assists, and an impressive 241+/75- at the X, earning 1st All-Section Team, Section 5 Class B All-Tournament Team, and All-League First Team FO Midfield (MC-d2) honors. Oliver Kowal, a senior defensive midfielder, earned HM All-Section Team and All-League Weston Oyer, a senior defensive midfielder, earned All-League Honorable Mention Midfield (MC-d2). Stone holds an impressive 81-15 record at Victor, matching his overall scholastic mark. His leadership has guided the Blue Devils through deep postseason runs, and he returns to a roster with both proven talent and emerging contributors. Statistical OverviewVictor scored 222 goals last season, averaging 11.7 per game, while allowing 152 goals at an average of 8.0. Twelve games were decided by five goals or fewer, including two one-goal wins and two one-goal losses. With more than half of its scoring returning and a strong defensive core back, Victor enters 2026 with a solid statistical foundation.
