here were thirteen games today in Section Five and a large number of games were lop-sided. Winners by big margin included Fairport, Pittsford, Penfield, Penn Yan, Geneva and Pal-Mac.

Five games were canceled for today due, mostly to poor field conditions, but eleven games were played in the often bitter cold throughout the Section.

McQuaid Jesuit and Victor finished their game that was suspended in the second quarter Thursday, and in the end the Knights won 10-7. Irondequoit had a 19-0 win over Newark and Brighton won 11-3 in the night game.
