Thursday: Thomas Beats Pittsford in Overtime
In a game that see-sawed back and forth, Thomas scored the winning goal in overtime to defeat Pittsford 12-11. On the other end of town Penfield defeated Schroeder by a goal in the last minute of the game.

Tuesday: Thunder Over Brockport, Thomas Over Schroeder
The Greece Thunder was a one goal winner over Brockport in the closest game of the day. Irondequoit had a 13-7 win over Penfield and Wayne took Waterloo.

Saturday: Gananda Takes Out Wayne
Gananda ruined Wayne`s undefeated season with a one goal win (10-9) on this last Saturday of the regular season. Brockport took a one goal win from Eastridge and Brighton was a 9-6 winner over visiting Lightning.

Thursday: Pittsford 8-7 over Corning and 15 Other Games
There were sixteen games played today as the regular season is starting to wind down. Pittsford came from behind to beat host Corning 8-7 in the closest game of the day. Thomas took Irondequoit by two (12-10) and Gananda beat Mynderse 11-8.

Tuesday: Penn Yan over Fairport, Lightning Wins in OT
A full day of games today saw mostly mismatches but a number of interesting games. Penn Yan took a 10-7 game from Fairport and the Lightning won their game against Brockport in overtime.

Tuesday: Two One Goal Games in Webster
Among the seventeen games played today were two in Webster and they both had exciting finishes. Schroeder hosted Fairport in a game that started with a 1-1 half and ended with the Raiders winning 4-3.

Thursday: Thomas Over Fairport, Penfield Over Penn Yan
There were interesting games today and two of the more interesting were won by one goal. Thomas beat Fairport 12-11 and Penfield beat Penn Yan 9-8. Churchville-Chili defeated HFL 16-13 and Irondequoit defeated Brighton 10-7.

Livonia over R-H in OT, Waterloo takes Midlakes 7-6
Irondequoit has a 15-9 win over visiting Ithaca while Livonia used a last minute flurry to take Rush-Henrietta in overtime. Waterloo and Midlakes played a close game, but the Indians held on to their one goal lead for the win.

Tuesday: AQ takes McQ in OT, Penfield and Spencerport Also Win
There were fifteen games played today and, as usual, many were mismatches. In the more exciting games, Aquinas needed overtime to defeat McQuaid Jesuit in GRALL action.

Monday: Avon the Winner Over Marcus Whitman
There was only one game in the Section today. Marcus Whitman traveled to Avon and although they had a six goal push in the final quarter fell to the Braves 14-12.

Saturday: Pal-Mac over Geneva in OT, Pittsford Beats Duxbury
One of the first beautiful spring days saw thirteen games played in the sunlight. Pal-Mac overcame a three goal deficit to defeat Geneva in overtime.

Tuesday: Brighton Takes Thomas and AQ wins in OT
Brighton`s Brady McDermott scored with 0:59 remaining in regulation to secure a 14-13 win over Webster Thomas. Aquinas used two overtime periods to secure their win from Canisius as all but one team in the section played games today.

Schroeder Uses OT For Win Over Irondequoit
Thursday: DAY IN REVIEW: In the closet game of the night, Schroeder defeated Irondequoit 11-10. This is the third overtime game of the season for the Eagles (and the first that they have lost). AJ Fiorio scored his second goal of the game with 2:49 remaining in overtime with a feed from Connor Ball to give the Warriors the win.

Will Reese Gives Mynderse the OT Win
In the only game in the section today, junior attackman Will Reese scored the last of his three goals to give the Blue Devils the 11-10 OT win. The game was tied seven times and mostly one goal apart throughout the game at Mynderse on "Youth Lacrosse Day". On key in the game was the stellar performance by senior face off midfielder Andrew Peterman (2g-1a) who won twenty of twenty-four draws and led the team in ground balls with nineteen. Timmy Cornish had 1g-4a and Schuyler Bredesen added 4g for Marcus Whitman whose goalie, Michael Dhondt had 19 saves (63%) to help keep the game close.

AQ, Greece and Whitman Win
Friday: DAY IN REVIEW: Aquinas travelled to Buffalo for their 14-10 win over Canisius. Junior attackman Eli Chalmers led the offense with 5g-3a. Sebastian Gimeli won 14 of 21 draws for AQ. The Greece Storm won their eighth game of the season with their victory over Bloomfield-Honeoye. Junior attackman Paul Forte had 4g-2a in the game. After four ties, Marcus Whitman broke away from Newark in the third quarter and ended with a 9-6 win. Senior attackman Schuyler Bredesen led the offense with 5g. Michael Dhondt recorded 9 saves (60%) in the cage for the Wildcats.

Coons Lifts Lakers to OT Victory
Cullen Coons scored his third goal of the game just over one minute into the first overtime period to give Livonia-Avon the 17-16 win over Marcus Whitman. Ryan Lambert, who led Livona-Avon with 6g-1a, recorded his lone assist on the overtime goal. Livonia-Avon controlled the majority of the first three quarters before the Wildcats fought back in the fourth to take their first lead of the game with 6:01 remaining in regulation.

Friday: Marcus Whitman Wins Season Opener
DAY IN REVIEW: After one game was postponed due to weather concerns, the only game played on Friday was Watkins Glen at Marcus Whitman. The Wildcats won their first game of the season 14-6 with solid performances by Timmy Cornish (4g-2a), Schuyler Bredesen (2g-3a), DeCouteau Blueye (3g) and Seth Benedict (4g-3a). Junior goalie Michael Dhondt made 9s (60%).

The Pride 16 - Whitman 10
In a battle of former Penn Yan Players, Head Coach Brandon Trombley (Bloomfield-Honeoye) and Head Coach Ryan Kerrick (Marcus Whitman) faced off against each other. Bloomfield-Honeoye scored the first nine goals in their 16-10 win over Marcus Whitman. The Pride took control early and then slowed down in the second half and allowed Marcus Whitman to come closer. Leading the Pride was Tyler Joslyn with 4g-2a.
