The Monroe County Medical Examiner, in a report filed this summer, stated that Pittsford freshman lacrosse player, Jeff Milano-Johnson's death last spring was the result of a cerebral artery aneurysm and that there was no indication that he was hit in the head with a lacrosse ball. Full Story
