HFL Scores Four Goals in Two Minutes for the Win

BRIGHTON-12 at HONEOYE FALLS-LIMA-16  - Honeoye Falls-Lima beat Brighton 16-12 Wednesday evening in a non-league game, moving to 9-4. HF-L trailed 12-9 entering the fourth quarter before scoring four goals in under two minutes to take control. Brighton's Austin Flaum reached 50 career assists and senior Logan Serve reached 300 career saves, finishing with six stops. Brighton falls to 10-4.

Jackson Coon led HF-L with four goals and six assists, while Grady Goodberlet and Marco Vengoechea each scored five goals and added two assists. Tanner Olin and Ben Segar each added one goal and one assist. In goal, junior Jason Bennett made 12 saves on 24 shots (50%) over 48 minutes.

For Brighton, freshman Jimmy Kazel led with four goals, while Ben Marangola added three. Quinn Huefner, Austin Flaum, Tim Tourangeau, Teddy Carl and Max Zwas each scored one goal. In goal, Serve made six saves on 22 shots over 48 minutes.

HF-L hosts Spencerport on Friday while Brighton travels to Churchville-Chili.
