2004 Tournament Summary
At the end of regular season Canandaigua was the only undefeated team left after Penfield lost to Pittsford in their last scheduled game. CA won the class A championship 10-7 over Penfield while in class B, Brighton won it's first sectional title in lacrosse with a 6-5 win over Victor. Penn Yan won another class C title, but this time with first year Head Coach, Brian Hobart.
In the New York State Tournament, Penn Yan was the only team with an outbracket game and they beat Canton, 5-4 on their way to the State finals, where they lost to Manhasset, 13-5. Brighton lost in the quarter finals to Amherst (13-5) and Canandaigua ended their season at 19-1 when they lost (9-8) to Orchard Park in the Western Regional game.
