Watertown IHC defeated HFL last night in a 12-6 game that was originally scheduled for Tuesday. The Cougars took a 1-0 lead early in the game and went into the half down 4-3.
The Cavaliers (2-0) scored 3 goals at the start of the second half to make it 7-3. HFL answered with 2 goals to cut it to 7-5 going into the 4th quarter. Matt Garvey led HF-L scorers with 2g and Pat Roache recorded and amazing 29 saves.
