The State poll is out today and ten Section Five teams made the list sponsored by the New York State Sportswriters Association. Canandaigua tops the Section Five Class A teams in the number 14 spot. Other Class A teams include Irondequoit (#15) and Schroeder (#17) following. Churchville-Chili, Penfield and Webster Thomas made the honorable mention list.
  
In Class B, Geneva moved down one place to number 9 while McQuaid Jesuit remained an honorable mention team and in Class C, Penn Yan dropped to the 9th spot and Livonia takes an honorable mention.
  
The top spots in week three went to West Genesee (Section 3) in Class A, Huntington (Section 11) in Class B and Cold Springs Harbor (Section 8) in Class C.
