Earlier this year, the Rochester team won the Brine National All-American Lacrosse National Classic. As a result, the team earned the right to represent the United States and compete for the "Brogden Cup" which will be played against the Canadian team from Ontario.

The three game contest will be played this year as part of the Florida Lacrosse Festival in Kissimmee, Florida from January 4th to 6th.

There will be plenty to do during the weekend as the festival hopes to register up to sixty teams each playing five games at the Austin Tindall Park.
