It will be a short drive for the family and friends of rising junior Coron Broomfield when they want to continue to watch him play in college.

Coron recently announced his commitment to attend and play lacrosse at Hobart College after his graduation from Canandaigua Academy in 2016.

Coron scored in five games in his first year with the Varsity. "He is a very fast and athletic midfielder," say his coach, Ed Mulheron.

Before deciding on Hobart, Coron considered Hofstra, Hartford, Sacred Heart, Marquette and Rutgers.
