Penfield graduate and current Salisbury School student, Jonathan Spaan announced today his decision to study and play at Hobart College next fall.

While at Penfield, Spaan amassed 40g-55a in his four years as a Varsity attackman. Off season he competed on the Nike Rising Seniors team in 2012. This summer he played at the Brine Shootout with the Salisbury School.

While playing for the SweetLax Lacrosse Club last summer, he played in the MVP tournament, the Best of the Best, NXL Summer tournament. This fall he played in the UMass Fall Classic, the Rutgers Tournament and the Jake Reed Blue Chip Camp.

Before choosing Hobart, Spaan considered Siena, Quinnipiac, Albany and Boston University.
