McQuaid Jesuit Takes Aquinas

McQuaid Jesuit outpaced Aquinas in a Tuesday evening game, securing a 20-6 victory. Ten players contributed goals for McQuaid Jesuit, showcasing teamwork and precision. Leading scorers included Dominic Bianchi, John Burrows, Will Engle, and JP Gianforti with three goals each, while Talin Parks and AJ Quagrello added to the effort with goals and assists. Senior Mike Payne netted his first varsity goal in the fourth quarter, marking a milestone moment. Goalie Logan Schimmel delivered a solid performance with four saves and a fifty-seven percent save rate.

For Aquinas, Jake Guggino and Sam Agostinelli were standout performers, scoring two goals each, with Agostinelli netting his first varsity goal in this matchup. Gio Valerie and Ares Miller also contributed to the scoring. Despite their efforts, Aquinas struggled to keep pace with McQuaid Jesuit's relentless attack.

McQuaid Jesuit advances to a 5-2 record and will face Marcellus on Thursday, while Aquinas, now 1-3, will look to regroup against Livonia-Avon-Geneseo on Saturday.
