Haverling Secures Non-League Win

Haverling continued their undefeated streak against Batavia-Notre Dame with a 13-0 win in a non-league matchup at VanDetta Stadium. Freshman defenseman Johnathan Castle scored his first Varsity goal, adding to a strong offensive showing. Leading the charge for Haverling was Zach Colegrove, who recorded five goals and three assists. Warren McCormick contributed three goals and one assist, while Gavin Price scored twice. Noah Schneider chipped in with one goal and two assists, and Maclain Wright added one goal and one assist.

In the goal, Haverling’s junior McLane Stermole made five saves in 37 minutes to maintain a 100% save rate. Rahman Mallonji closed the game, facing no shots in 11 minutes of play. The teams will now prepare for their next games, with Batavia-Notre Dame hosting Waterloo and Haverling visiting Bishop Kearney on May 5.     [ Story and BOX SCORE
