Arber Reaches 100 Career Goals as B-H and Whitman Pick Up Wins

DAY IN REVIEW: WEDNESDAY - Today's action featured three wins, highlighted by Bloomfield-Honeoye's Brayden Arber reaching 100 career goals with a seven-goal effort in a 14-6 win over Gananda where goalie Nick Falso broke the school record with 32 saves. Haverling's Zach Colegrove netting his 50th career goal in a 12-7 loss to Marcus Whitman. 

BLOOMFIELD-HONEOYE-14 at GANANDA-6 - Bloomfield-Honeoye opened its season with a 14-6 tournament win over Gananda led by Brayden Arber's seven-goal, one-assist performance that pushed him to 100 career goals. Brennan Thomas (3g-4a), Caleb Beadnell (1g-3a), and Wyatt Hall (3a, 22-of-22 on faceoffs) were also contributing; freshmen Liam Whiting (2g-1a) and Max Bradshaw (1g-1a) each scored their first Haverling at Marcus Whitmancareer varsity goals and assists in the win.   [ Story and BOX SCORE

FRANCIS-7 at AQUINAS-2 - St. Francis (Section VI) had a 7-2 non-league win over Aquinas on March 25, with no stats available at post-time; Aquinas got first career varsity goals from freshman attackman Parker Wegman and freshman midfielder Kellan Campe, while senior goalie Jake Gibson stopped 13 of 20 shots (65%) in the loss.  [ Story and BOX SCORE

HAVERLING-7 at MARCUS WHITMAN-12 - Marcus Whitman topped Haverling 12-7 in a non-league contest today with no stats available from the Wildcats at post-time; Haverling was led by Warren McCormick (2g) and Mason Rooks (2g), with Noah Schneider (1g-2a), Caden Fairbrother (1g-1a), and Zach Colegrove (1g — his 50th career goal) also contributing.
