Caricati's Three Goals Lead Schroeder
SCHROEDER-11 at GREECE STORM-3 - Schroeder picked up its second win of the season with an 11-3 non-league victory at Greece Storm on Wednesday evening, scoring two goals in the first quarter and four more in the second to pull away. The win extends Schroeder's winning streak against Greece Storm to five straight.
For Schroeder (2-4), junior John Caricati led with three goals and one assist, picking up his first varsity assist in the process. Junior JD Stockmann added two goals, and Aiden Vollmer and Matt Schilling each contributed two goals. Junior Jonny May chipped in one goal and two assists, and Owen Martin added one goal. Junior Van Bolton stopped four shots for a 57% save percentage in 45 minutes.
For Greece Storm (1-5), senior Eric Odell led with two goals and went 13-for-17 at the faceoff dot (76%), and senior James Maccallini added one goal. Maccallini finished with six shots on goal and Odell added five shots.
