Aquinas Get Another Win
BATAVIA-NOTRE DAME-0 at AQUINAS-14 - Aquinas picked up a 14-0 win over Batavia-Notre Dame on Tuesday evening at home, scoring six goals in the first quarter and holding the Blue Devils scoreless throughout. Seven different players scored for Aquinas, which improves to 5-4 on the season.
For Aquinas (5-4), senior Jack Bell, freshman Kellan Campe, and sophomore Antonio Valerie each led with three goals, with Bell adding one assist. Freshman Chase Acker contributed two goals and two assists, and senior Cam Stewart added two assists. Junior Kyson Sellars and sophomore Patrick Thaney each scored their first varsity goals. Sophomore Bryce Miller went 11-for-15 at the faceoff dot (73%) and junior Mike Martell added two wins in three attempts (67%). Senior Logan Schimmel and junior Philip Wegman were both perfect in goal, combining to stop three shots for a 100% save percentage.
