Tyelor Dingman scored the game winner at 2:21 in the second overtime period on an assist from Tim Bay. Canandaigua Head Coach Ed Mulheron noted, "Both the Penfield goals and our goalie made outstanding saves during the first overtime. This was a great high school lacrosse game."
