Looking BackThe week was headlined by many career milestones and standout individual performances. Pittsford's Avery Valenti was arguably the week's most impactful player, posting six goals and two assists in a 20-10 win over Irondequoit on Tuesday before delivering the overtime winner at West Genesee on Thursday to keep Pittsford unbeaten at 4-0. On the milestone front, SATURDAY - Saturday's action was defined by career milestones, with Newark's Sam Underhill posting nine goals to reach 200 for his career, Irondequoit's Cooper Moore also hitting 200, and Penn Yan's Braden Fingar reaching 150. On Tuesday there are five games including Auburn at Geneva and St. Francis at McQuaid Jesuit. On Wednesday Schroeder takes on Greece, Fairport is at Palm-Mac, Pittsford is at Penfield, and R-h is at Thomas. On Thursday McQuaid Jesuit is at Aquinas, Horseheads travels to Spencerport and the Pride is at Brockport. On Friday there are nine games scheduled, including West Genesee at Penn Yan, Canandaigua at HF-L, R-H at Hilton and Thomas at Brighton. On Saturday the week ends with Churchville-Chili at Gates Chili, Spencerport at Pittsford, and Wayne at Pal-Mac. There are lots of good matchups this week.
