NOTES: Penn Yan scored the opening goal and never trailed in their 10-7 win over Fairport. The Mustangs steadily increased their lead over the entire game. The score was only tied once (1-1 in the first). In the second quarter the closest the game got was Penn Yan leading by one (4-3). The closest score of the third quarter was 8-5 Mustangs.

Tate Stewart scored the opening goal for Penn Yan with an assist from Sean Emerson. 90 seconds later, Fairport tied the game for the only time with Cameron Gebhardt scoring off a feed from Reese Burek.
